Dr Stephen Hughes takes up a scientific advisory role for the British Urology Researchers in Surgica

The British Urology Researchers in Surgical Training (BURST) Research Collaborative is a research group comprising primarily of Urological Registrars in the UK. BURST aims to produce high impact multi-centre audit and clinical research, which can improve patient care.

Dr Stephen Hughes (Director NW2URC) has recently been invited to act as a scientific adviser for BURST. His contribution in this role will be to provide academic and scientific advice/support to BURST and Urological Surgical Trainees undertaking basic science research.

Stephen commented "I am honoured and looking forward to working with BURST and thanks to Veeru Kasivisvanathan & Taimur Shah for giving me this opportunity".
